Kalman de Jurenak has developed his philosophy of Classical Schooling from his experiences training dressage horses and riders in many countries. He was brought up in Hungary and worked in Gemany, Australia and America before returning to Germany as a Director of the Hanoverian Verband in Verden.
The first part of this film shows the importance of a correct basic training of horses in the paces in order to achieve a deep and round way of going.
The second part underlines this in more detail and explains how to train horses up to Prix St. George dressage level. It features possible problems and how to solve them in order to achieve a harmonious partnership of horse and rider.
